Care

Cotton is naturally soft, breathable, and gentle on delicate skin. With
proper care, it will stay beautiful and comfortable for years to come. Always
follow the care instructions provided on the product label.

Washing: Wash at 30–40°C using a mild detergent. Always follow the care
instructions provided on the product label.

Avoid: Harsh chemicals, bleach, and fabric softeners, as they may damage
the natural fibres and reduce absorbency.

Drying: Air drying is recommended to preserve softness and extend the
life of the fabric. If using a tumble dryer, select a low heat setting.

Ironing: Iron on a medium temperature if needed.

Shipping

We deliver only to areas within Cyprus served by our designated courier. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days, including order preparation and courier transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Available collection methods and delivery charges are shown before payment. Free delivery applies only if indicated at checkout. If we expect a material delay, we will contact you.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may notify us of your decision to return it within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@otry.com.cy. Please include your order number and identify the items concerned. Our prior approval is not required to exercise your statutory withdrawal right.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. For our designated courier return arrangement, contact us for the correct branch, return destination and parcel instructions. This arrangement does not restrict your statutory right to return the goods to us.

You may inspect the goods as you reasonably would in a shop. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of use, washing or damage.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of products that have been used or are not in their original condition. 

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
